The rooms are spread across three small buildings inspired by traditional southern architecture, where arches, vaults and rooftop terraces cast soft shadows throughout the day.
Surrounded by an olive grove that feels as though it has always been there, this is a place that invites you to slow down. Many of the rooms open onto private gardens with heated plunge pools, creating small outdoor retreats where time moves gently.
Just beside it, a new outdoor swimming pool with a pool bar becomes a natural meeting point for sunny days and relaxed late afternoons.
With only 24 rooms, including connecting options for families or friends travelling together, O Olival preserves the intimate spirit of Vila Monte.
